Baby Ducky (not quite 3) is absolutely fascinated by my long arm, so while I was between projects, I picked up some Cars fabric on clearance and let him scribble a bit. He quickly grew tired of it, leaving me to finish, but that's okay. I've been able to try out some new stitch patterns. It won't be very pretty, but maybe he can use it for a play mat or a tent.
08/09/2013 Update: Turns out he's convinced this was my greatest invention ever. So glad I thought to do it. Kind of wondering how I can do it again without ending up with a million goofy blankets that I then have to store. Dog blankets for everyone? |
