I used Lecien fabric: Radiant Girl to make this stylish jumper dress. I lined the dress with a coordinating Radiant Girl Fabric so that it would have body and a good drape. Radiant girl is 100% quality cotton made in Japan. The Phoebe dress by Colette Patterns has two versions, one with a bodice that crosses over and buttons up, and one without. It has princess seams, a pencil skirt and a back zipper. I fully lined it, so I stitched the skirts together at the hem, right sides together, before I sewed it to the waist. It is easy to make.
