| Заметки | Mmmh, it's not as puffy as would have wished - maybe the tulle I used wasn't stiff enough. May try it again: Have still white Tulle I could use, it is more stiff. And then I might do three steps instead of two. The other possibility would be to sew another layer into the existing underskirt on the inside. |
