| Notes | Found this pattern in issue 27 of "Love Sewing". Apparently, the pattern can also be found in "Cath Kidston Sewing Book" by Cath Kidston, published by Quadrille. Using fabric from my stash for this - part of a curtain and some lining material. This bag is now complete and will form part of a Christmas present. I think that, if I do this pattern again I will quilt the outer pieces - the sides and ends. The completed bag is rather too floppy for my liking. It should be really useful though, being a good size. In use the sides will hold themselves up, they are only floppy when empty. Should fold up nicely, though. |
