| 备注 | It well was a sewist pattern but the system won't take a name or number: Took a lot of trouble but at last I managed to make a quite-okay-dress out of this pattern. As I had ordered a customized pattern I started out without measuring first. WRONG! Well, that was a hell of a mistake. The pattern turned out to be NOT AT ALL customized to my size. The waist was 7 cm's too low, so hanging on my hips. And the bottom of the dress reached my ankles. Everything was too big, too long, it was hopeless. Luckily I had a very stretchy and nice-to-work-with fabric. Also the princess line on the back was practically the same as on the front, so I looked like the hunchback of the Notre Dame. I fitted and altered, fitted and altered and so on and so on. As I am quite a newbie in sewing it was a hell of a job. This pattern was for a 1.80 tall woman. With boobs on the back as well as on the front :-)) And I'm just 1.60 meter, and only have one set of boobs! The only thing that actually hád been altered in the pattern were the sleeves, they were completely crooked and twisted. I had to cut out new ones as it was impossible to get them right. I was so glad I had bought 3 meters of the fabric! This project was a disaster to make. I've learned my lesson and will never trust a customized pattern again! |
